Taste of Summer Rancho Mirage Celebrates Local Flavors, Helping Local Charities
You know it’s summer in the desert when Taste of Summer returns to Rancho Mirage (July 11 -Aug. 12). This year’s Taste of Summer sponsors, the City of Rancho Mirage, KESQ News Channel 3, CBS Local 2, The CW, Fox 11, Telemundo and the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce, team up for this annual event to celebrate local flavors while helping local charities.
Purchase a wristband to take advantage of incredible dining specials all over town for the entire month: July 11 – August 12. Online wristband orders can be picked up from the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce any Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. beginning June 15 or visit one of the many participating charities.

With all the deals at Pinzimini, you’ll want to return many times during the month. Enjoy the calamari and vegetable fritti ($8); Polpette (creamy ricotta, San Marzano tomato sauce, raised green, and preserved lemon) ($12); grilled fennel crusted pork chop ($22); and pan seared Tuscan Skuna Bay salmon (with spinach, sundried tomato, fennel pollen, creamy garlic sauce, parmesan cheese, with roasted fingerling potatoes) ($27).
