Willie’s Modern Fare combines the elegance of fine dining with the warmth and conviviality for which its founders are best known. Recognized for 1501 Uptown Gastropub and numerous solo projects, co-owners Willie Rhine and Chad Gardner from the Gardner Hospitality Group invite guests to savor classic cuisine with a modern twist, along with creative cocktails and a carefully curated wine list.
Hospitality icon Brian Ellis helms the front of the house as General Manager, infusing Willie’s with the charm and panache that he brought to Melvyn’s at Ingleside Inn for several decades.
In the kitchen, Executive Chef Richard Perez leads the culinary team with an eye for detail and taste for excellence honed throughout a career overseeing the food at esteemed establishments like Colony Palms Hotel, The Cork Tree Restaurant, and Il Fornaio.
